How to make it

  • Crust: Mix all ingredients, press on greased springform pan
  • put in the freezer for an hour.
  • Filling:
  • In large bowl, cream sugar and cream cheese by using mixer.
  • Add sour cream, and continue beating.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating after addtion
  • Fold in orange zest, juice and flour,
  • Beat for another minute.
  • Pour batter on frozen prepared crust.
  • Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until the top is lightly brown and middle has slight jiggles in the center.
  • Cool it for 1 hour on rack, then cool it in the fridge for 6 hours or overnight before decorating.
  • Oven temp. 350 deg.
