How to make it

  • Heat oil and saute garlic golden
  • add anchoives and hot pepper
  • Add sauce
  • Add wine and capers
  • Halve olives and add to sauce
  • Bring all to a simmer
  • Add chopped parsley
  • Boil water and cook pasta
  • Mix the sauce into hot cooked drained pasta
  • Season with salt and pepper as desired
  • Garnish with sprigs of parsley and grated Pecorino cheese
