Easy Spaghetti Puttanesca

- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 1, 28 oz favorite quality pasta sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 garlic clove shopping list
- 2 anchoives shopping list
- 1 tbs capers shopping list
- 10 black olives pitted shopping list
- 10 green olives pitted shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh italian parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp crushed hot pepper flakes shopping list
- Pecorino ( Romano ) cheese grated shopping list
- 1Lb spaghetti cooked shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil and saute garlic golden
- add anchoives and hot pepper
- Add sauce
- Add wine and capers
- Halve olives and add to sauce
- Bring all to a simmer
- Add chopped parsley
- Boil water and cook pasta
- Mix the sauce into hot cooked drained pasta
- Season with salt and pepper as desired
- Garnish with sprigs of parsley and grated Pecorino cheese
