How to make it

  • In large non stick skillet, heat oil; add chicken. Sprinkle with basil, rosemary, salt and pepper; cook over medium high heat, stirring frequently, 4-5 minutes. Stir in scallions; cook, 2-3 minutes, until chicken is lightly browned. Add bell peppers and beans to skillet; stir to combine. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. until sauce thickens slightly. Add noodles; toss to mix well. Sprinkle with cheese.
