How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 275.
  • Season Ribs both sides with Montreal Steak Seasoning and dash of garlic powder
  • Place ribs in Pam sprayed cassarole dish (I line with tinfoil) or roaster, cover.
  • Bake for 7-8 hours.
  • The last 10-15 min put your favorite BBQ sauce on, bake uncovered.
  • OR throw on grill for a couple of min each side to brown BBQ Sauce.
  • I serve with Sweet Potato and steamed veg.
