Pasta Salad

I love a basic, straight forward pasta (spaghetti) salad. As a side dish this serves 8-10 but as a main dish I'd say more like 6. In order to make it a more well-rounded meal if serving as a main dish I would add a couple cans of white tuna (drained) or salmon, or cooked and cubed chicken breast.
Ingredients
- 1 12oz. box Tri Color Rotini (6 cups cooked) shopping list
- 1 cup Italian dressing (I used Emeril's vinaigrette) shopping list
- 2 cups cucumber, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 2 cups mini heirloom tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup black olives, chopped shopping list
- 6 tbsp Salad seasoning (McCormick or Emeril's) shopping list
- 1 cup shredded romano cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to directions, allow to cool.
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate before serving.
- Sprinkle with cheese when serving.
