Lunchbox Raisin-sour Cream Bars

- 2 cups natural raisins shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 1/2 tsp cornstarch shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked shopping list
- 1 3/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup butter, softened shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the raisins, sour cream, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan.
- Cook and stir over low heat until blended.
- Cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients until crumbly.
- Press half of the oat mixture into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Spread with a raisin mixture.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the top.
- Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
- Chill and cut into bars
