Corn Dip

- 3 15-oz cans mexicorn, well drained shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 pkg. shredded mexican cheese shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- splash of lemon juice (optional) shopping list
- canned green chili, well diced (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients the night before serving and chill. Serve with
- Frito's Scoops corn chips.
- You may wish to add jalapenos to taste for a zestier dip.
