Ingredients

How to make it

  • 1. Cook bratwurst however you prefer, boil, grill, etc. When I'm lazy I buy the already cooked ones and just pop them in the microwave for a minute.
  • 2. Toast the bun
  • 3. Place bratwurst in the bun. Put desired amount of spicy brown mustard on, sprinkle with curry powder, and add sprouts.
  • 4. Sometimes I like a little sweetness too so I'll add some sweet relish.
  • 5. Voila you are ready to eat. They are so delicious and easy to make. They have that nice spice to them and I love the crunch of the sprouts.
