Easy Beef Tips

- 1 lb. beef stew meat shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup; undiluted shopping list
- 1 can French onion soup OR 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix (stir into about 2-3 cups of water) shopping list
- 2 tbs flour shopping list
- salt/pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Toss stew meat in flour to coat. This will help to thicken it up as it cooks. Place into a small slow cooker. Combine the cream of mushroom and french onion soup in a small bowl and pour over meat. Add salt and pepper and put the lid on a cook on Low for about 8 hrs or on High for about 4-5.
