Part of my "Drunk About Town" collection. This one is based on one of the oldest parts of town which happens to butt up against one of the mod-est. A weency bit classic but with a modern edge. I don't know if it's the long ago New Englander in me but the maple syrup invokes in me the sensation of several layers of poorly scraped house paint. Ingredients
- 2 oz sweet vermouth shopping list
- 1 oz cardamom infused vodka shopping list
- 1 tsp Herbsaint shopping list
- 2 tsp apricot jam shopping list
- 1 tsp maple syrup shopping list
- a large peel of orange without pith shopping list
How to make it
- Shake over ice and squeeze a large peel of orange in the glass before adding drink.
