How to make it

  • mix first five ingredients. blend in flour, baking powder, and salt. roll into 3/4 inch balls (I use my mini ice cream scooper) and then flatten each cookie with a glass dipped in sugar. add colored sprinkles if desired. bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes. immediately remove from cookie sheet and let cool.
