Easy Sticky Buns

I remember making this in junior high in the mid 80's and this recipe been stuck with me ever since. I like to make mine without nuts as I'm not a big fan of nuts.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup Karo Light syrup shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional) shopping list
- 1 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 can (12 ounces) refrigerated biscuits shopping list
How to make it
- Mix butter, brown sugar, syrup, chopped nuts, cinnamon, sprinkle few chocolate around the pan and vanilla in 8- or 9-inch round cake pan.
- Top with refrigerated biscuits.
- Bake as directed on package until golden brown. Serve warm.
