Peanutty Candy Bars

- 4 cups quick-cooking oats shopping list
- 1 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup plus 2/3 cup peanut butter, divided shopping list
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 pkg. (11 oz.) butterscotch chips shopping list
- 1 cup (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 cup chopped salted peanuts shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, corn syrup, and the vanilla.
- Press into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 375 F for 12-14 minutes or until the mixture is bubbly around the edges.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butterscotch chips and the chocolate chips.
- Stir until smooth.
- Stir in the peanuts and the remaining peanut butter
- Spread over the oat mixture.
- Cool for 10 minutes
- Chill until set.
