Orange-chipolte Shrimp Kebabs

- 24 shelled,deveined uncooked extra large shrim(under 21 ct) shopping list
- 1/2 c orange marmalade shopping list
- 1 to 2 chipolte chilies in adobo sauce,minced shopping list
- 1 tsp adobo sauce 1 tsp anch chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Thread shrimp onto 4 (10 to 12") metal skewers
- Heat grill. combine all remaining ingredients in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 c;brush remaining glaze over shrimp.
- Oil grill grates. Grill shrimp,covered,over med. heat or coals 2 mins,brushing both sides with reserved glaze. Grill additional 4 to 6 mins or till shrimp turn pink.
