Boiled Omelets

This takes longer than a fried omelet, but you can do a bunch at once, so they are all served warm at the same time
Ingredients
- 2 eggs per serving shopping list
- anything you want to mix in shopping list
How to make it
- Boil a large pot of water
- beat the eggs till frothy
- pour 1/2 to3/4 cup of the eggs into a heavy duty zip-lock sandwich bag
- add what you like to the eggs, (cheese mushrooms ,diced ham, etc)
- drop all the bags into the boiling water. (make sure none of them hang over the side)
- boil for 20 mins or so
- remove from the water, and unzip, and dump onto a plate. (they won't stickto the bag)
- they come out nice and fluffy
