Vindaloo Curry

- Vindaloo curry paste- about 1 1/2 tbs spoons shopping list
- 1/2 large red onion sliced shopping list
- 2 cups baby carrots shopping list
- 1 red pepper sliced in long strips shopping list
- 1 yellow pepper sliced in long strips shopping list
- 4 large potatoes big chunks shopping list
- 2 cups long green beans shopping list
- 2 cups long yellow beans shopping list
- 1 large sweet potatoe choped large chunks shopping list
- 2 cup brocclie florrets shopping list
- 2 cups colliflower florrets shopping list
- 1 tbs paperkia shopping list
- 1 tps salt shopping list
- 2 tps pepper shopping list
- 2 tps celery salt shopping list
- 4 tps minced or garlic paste shopping list
- pork>soak in 3 cups whole milk or cream over night or a few hrs before shopping list
- 3 tbs flour mixed with 1/2 cup milk to make a thickener shopping list
How to make it
- in your largest pot or slow cooker
- add all your veggies and spices,
- let is slowly cook untill everything is soft
- bring your mixture to a boil
- when your mixture is boiling add in your flour slurry
- then add your pork & and the milk
- boil for 45 more min
- let it simer untill supper
- serve on a plate and use NANN bread to soak up suace
- ENJOY !!!
- >>> add more curry to mixture to make it hotter !
