Montego Bay Chicken

- 1/4 c reduced-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 c orange juice shopping list
- 2 TB beown sugar shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves,minced shopping list
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp rum extract shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh minced gingerroot shopping list
- 4 boneless ,skinless chicken breast halves(4 oz ea) shopping list
How to make it
- In large,resealable plastic bag,combine soy sauce,juice,sugar,garlic,hot pepper sauce,extract and ginger; add chicken.. Seal bag;turn to coat;refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Drain and discard marinade. Using long-handled tongs,dip a paper towel in cooking oil and lightly coat grill rack.
- Grill chicken,uncovered, over med. heat for 5-8 mins on each side or till juices run clear.
