  • PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 180C
  • PLACE SNAILS ON A SNAIL DISH
  • MIX TOGETHER BUTTER, GARLIC AND HERBS AND DOLLOP OVER SNAILS
  • BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUTTER HAS MELTED AND SNAILS HAVE HEATED THROUGH
  • SERVE WITH WEDGES OF BREAD
  • NOW I LIKE TO USE BAGUETTES INSTEAD OF THE BROWN BREAD, TOAST THEM THEN PILE LOTS AND LOTS OF CREAMY CAMEMBERT OR BRIE - ROAST THEM UNDER THE GRILLER AND SERVE IT WITH DRINKS
