How to make it

  • In a bowl combine dry ingredients and mix together.
  • Beat the eggs, milk, oil together
  • Add the wet to the dry and mix until moistened
  • Fold in sausage
  • Pour onto skillet and cook both sides
  • Serve with syrup

    This is a very good idea! We usually just cut-up cooked links of breakfast sausage and drop them on to the batter . I'm definitely going to try your recipe and thank you so much for sharing it with all of us here!
