How to make it

  • Preheat grill for indirect cooking. Toss sweet potatoes and onions with oil,maple seasoning and salt;place in center of large sheet of heavy duty foil. Fold up sides,then double fold top and ends to seal.
  • Grill until tender,30 mins. Remove from grill. Let stand 5 to 10 mins before opening. Transfer to serving dish;drizzle with maple syrup and if desired,sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • No-grill method: Preheat oven to 350'. Toss sweet potatoes and onions as directed above. Roast on foil- lined jelly roll pan till tender,40-45 mins. Remove and drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
