How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil and milk. Beat until ingredients are well blended. Fold in chocolate chips. Batter will be thick. Spoon into prepared pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until cake springs back when lightly tapped. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn out and cool completely on wire rack.
  • I am sure I am breaking all rules in breaking by doing the following but I have found over and over it makes my cakes more moist and I HATE dry cakes..
  • As soon as you remove cake from pan either wrap it completely in plastic or place into a cake dome.. leave it there until completely cooled.. my cakes are never dry.. or crumbly and I am waiting for some cake god to come down and strike me dead.
