Gooey Butter Cookies

These cookies are delicious and everyone raves about them One of the cake mix variety cookies. Great with coconut cake mix and flaked coconut also.

Combine all ingredients with electric mixer till well blended. Chill dough for 2 hours. Roll into balls(about walnut size). Roll balls in powdered sugar
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 350' oven for 10-12 mins. Dust with powdered sugar when completely cooled.

I've made these not using a cake mix, just the long way around, these sound so much easier!
