How to make it

  • In Heavy sauce pan on med/low Bring to boil vinegar, water & butter. Remove from heat, cool slightly.
  • Mix together eggs, sugar, mustard, cornstarch & salt. Add/Wisk into pot. Bring slowly to boil again (low/med), stirring constantly. Remove from heat as soon as it starts to boil. Store in refrigerator.
