  • In a small sauce pan add the first four ingredients and simmer 20 min. In a medium skillet add beef and brown. Drain. Add taco seasoning packet, water and simmer. In a 6x6 baking dish layer . Tortilla, beef, sauce, and cheddar cheese. In a preheated oven set at 350 degree. Bake 1/2 hour.
