Shortcut Sausage Manicotti

- 1 jar/can (26oz) crushed tomatoes or any tomato sauce shopping list
- ½ cup water shopping list
- 1 pound italian sausage or 7 links (can use any ground meat or mix) shopping list
- 14 uncooked manicotti pasta shells shopping list
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8oz) shopping list
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese (1oz) or shake kind is fine. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat Oven 350*. Spray 9x13 pan.
- Spread 1 cup tomato sauce in dish. Add water to remaining sauce and mix.
- Cut links lengthwise and remove casing. Stuff into pasta shells, arrange in pan. Cover with remaining sauce.
- Cover tightly with tinfoil.
- Bake 1hour 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake additional 10 minutes uncovered.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- (You can also sneak in other veggies e.g. grated zucchini, pureed carrots, ect.)
