PERFECT MARINADE WITH CHICKEN, FISH, SEAFOO. I SLATHER IT ON AND THEN BAKE, FRY, GRILL OR USE IT IN THE SPICY MUSSEL NOODLE SOUP (SEE MY RECIPE) QUICK TO MAKE AS YOU CHUCK EVERYTHING IN A FOOD PROCESSOR AND THERE YOU GO :)
Ingredients
- 4 TBSP MINELY MINCED lemongrass shopping list
- 5 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 THUMB-SIZE PIECE ginger, SLICED shopping list
- 1 REC CHILLI, SLICED (OR USE cayenne pepper) shopping list
- 125 ML FRESH CHOPPED coriander leaves, STEMS ALL OF IT shopping list
- 2 TBSP fish sauce (DON'T OVERDO IT,,,, IT IS STRONG) shopping list
- 1 TSBP vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 - 3 TBSP coconut milk shopping list
- 1 TBSP soy sauce ( I LIKE DARK soya sauce) shopping list
- 1/2 TSP shrimp paste (DON'T OVERDO IT.....IT IS STRONG) shopping list
- 1/4 CUP lime juice shopping list
- 2 HEAPED TSP palm sugar OR brown sugar shopping list
- 2 - 3 spring onions, SLICED shopping list
How to make it
- PLACE ALL IN A FOOD PROCESSOR AND BLITZ UNTIL FINELY CHOPPED.
