How to make it

  • Season flour with salt & pepper. Coat turkey slices in seasoned flour. Heat oil in pan and brown one side of turkey
  • Add garlic & capers
  • Turn turkey and brown other side. When garlic is done, carefully deglaze pan with white wine. Reduce.
  • Add heavy cream, cook for 5 minutes. Remove pan from fire & add butter, cook until butter is melted. Serve over egg noodles or your favorite pasta.
