River City Ravioli Creamy Turkey Breast

                    - 4 slices turkey breast shopping list
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic shopping list
- 2 tbsp capers shopping list
- 1/4 cup white wine shopping list
- 1 pint heavy cream shopping list
- 4 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 4 pats of butter shopping list
- egg noodles or your favorite pasta shopping list
- flour (enough to coat turkey) shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Season flour with salt & pepper. Coat turkey slices in seasoned flour. Heat oil in pan and brown one side of turkey
- Add garlic & capers
- Turn turkey and brown other side. When garlic is done, carefully deglaze pan with white wine. Reduce.
- Add heavy cream, cook for 5 minutes. Remove pan from fire & add butter, cook until butter is melted. Serve over egg noodles or your favorite pasta.
