- 1 ONION, CHOPPED shopping list
- 15 ML GARLIC PASTE shopping list
- 125 ML RED WINE shopping list
- 125 ML beef stock shopping list
- 410 G (1 CAN) CHOPPED TOMATOES shopping list
- 2 MEDIUM beetroots, GRATED (COARSELY) shopping list
- 500 G SPAGHETTI, COOKED ACCORDING TO PACKET INSTRUCTION shopping list
- PARMESAN (FOR SERVING) shopping list
- basil (FOR SERVING) shopping list
How to make it
- HEAT A GLUG OF OIL IN A SAUCEPAN AND FRY GROUND BEEF UNTIL BROWN
- ADD ONION AND GARLIC AND COOK UNTIL SOFTENED
- ADD WINE, STOCK, TOMATOES AND BEETROOT
- COOK FOR 20 -40 MINUTES (IF YOU ARE USING OREGANO ADD IT IN NOW)
- SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
- SERVE WITH THE SPAGHETTI AND SPRINKLE PARMESAN AND BASIL OVER
- NB: I LOVE TO DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL OVER AS I SIT DOWN TO EAT.... WICKED!
