  • HEAT A GLUG OF OIL IN A SAUCEPAN AND FRY GROUND BEEF UNTIL BROWN
  • ADD ONION AND GARLIC AND COOK UNTIL SOFTENED
  • ADD WINE, STOCK, TOMATOES AND BEETROOT
  • COOK FOR 20 -40 MINUTES (IF YOU ARE USING OREGANO ADD IT IN NOW)
  • SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
  • SERVE WITH THE SPAGHETTI AND SPRINKLE PARMESAN AND BASIL OVER
  • NB: I LOVE TO DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL OVER AS I SIT DOWN TO EAT.... WICKED!
