Chili Dip

- 3 pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese shopping list
- Homemade chili or 3 cans of Hormel chili (no beans) shopping list
- 3 pkgs of shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- small container of sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- If using homemade chili, make ahead
- Soften cream cheese
- Spread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan
- Spread chili on top
- Top with sour cream
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake about 20 minutes then take out
- Swirl mixture with knife and return to oven
- Bake another 10 mintues
- Options:
- Top with olives, chopped scallions or green onions, chopped tomatoes
- Serve with tortilla chips
