How to make it

  • If using homemade chili, make ahead
  • Soften cream cheese
  • Spread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan
  • Spread chili on top
  • Top with sour cream
  • Sprinkle cheese on top
  • Bake about 20 minutes then take out
  • Swirl mixture with knife and return to oven
  • Bake another 10 mintues
  • Options:
  • Top with olives, chopped scallions or green onions, chopped tomatoes
  • Serve with tortilla chips
