Ingredients

How to make it

  • Dump the cabbage mix in a big bowl, set aside
  • In a food processor or mini-processor, put everything, EXCEPT lemon juice and mayo.
  • Process until everything til finely chopped.
  • Dump on top of cabbage mix.
  • Add 2 Tbs of mayo, squeeze all the juice from that lemon, salt and pepper. Stir gently, don't bruise the cabbage.
  • If you want it creamier ( and more fattening), add more mayo. Enjoy.

    Coleslaw is delicious, especially the creamy kind, so I hope it's OK if I add some more mayo.
