Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • Filling:
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Topping:
  • Topping of your choice if any

Directions
  1. Grease a 8" square pan
  2. Mix all ingredients for crust in bowl
  3. Layer bottom of pan with 1/3 mixture of crumb mixture
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350
  5. Mix all Filling ingredients in bowl till blended
  6. In baked crust pan
  7. Top with filling mixture
  8. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs
  9. Bake 25 minutes
  10. Cool
  11. Cut into squares
  12. Top with topping if you choose

Alterations


I make cream cheese squares , but I usse Wildtree Cheese Cake Blend for the flavoring. They have LEmon/Lime, Pupmkin, Blueberry, Three berry, Raspberry, and strawberry. It realy give you flavor. I love what you did with the crust.
