How to make it

  • slice them all up thinly add the dressing (btw...the dressing is key, and no, i dont have a homeade version) let sit for an hour and stir a few times till the dressing gets creamy from the avacado. then add bread and toss, or add to a plate of cuban black beans and rice and savor!

    Never had the dressing before, I make a similar salad but add cucumbers, basil, and some olive oil and red wine vinegar. I will have to look for this dressing the next time I am at the market and give it a try. Picture looks amazing.
