Dirty P's Garlic- Ginger Chicken Thighs

- 2 lbs skin-on,bone-in chicken thighs shopping list
- 1 c thinly sliced red onion shopping list
- 2 TB minced garlic shopping list
- 2 TB minced peeled ginger shopping list
- 1/4 c soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 c fresh orange or tangerine juice shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
- vegetable oil for grill. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chicken,onion,garlic,ginger,soy sauce,juice and 1 tsp pepper in large resealable plastic bag. Seal and shake to coat chicken with marinade. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat grill to med-high and oil grate. Grill the chicken skin-side down till marked,5 to 6 mins. Flip and continue to grill till cooked through,about 5 mins more. Let rest 5 mins before serving.
