How to make it

  • Wash and seed peppers and cut into strips. Boil vinegar and sugar together for 5 minutes. Pack peppers into hot clean jars then add boiling vinegar solution to within 1/2" of the top of the jar and seal.

    Cathy: What is the consistency of the peppers when done. Are they soft? Or still crunchy? I am making these today and I can't goof them up. Thanks!
