How to make it

  • In a bowl whisk together the first 11 ingredients until smooth.
  • Add the yogurt marinade to a large sealable plastic bag then add turkey cubes to the bag and seal removing as much air as possible.
  • Toss turkey around in the marinade until thoroughly coated.
  • Marinate turkey refrigerated for 24 hours.
  • Allow turkey to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to grilling.
  • Place turkey cubes on skewers close enough so they are touching but not crowded.
  • Grill turkey kabobs over medium high heat for 15 minutes flipping after 5 minutes.
  • Once fully cooked remove kabobs from the grill and allow rest 5 minutes before serving.
