Tangy Turkey Kabobs

- 3/4 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- juice and zest from 1 lime shopping list
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste shopping list
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste shopping list
- 1 Serrano chile minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Mexican chile powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 2 pounds turkey breast cut into 2" cubes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl whisk together the first 11 ingredients until smooth.
- Add the yogurt marinade to a large sealable plastic bag then add turkey cubes to the bag and seal removing as much air as possible.
- Toss turkey around in the marinade until thoroughly coated.
- Marinate turkey refrigerated for 24 hours.
- Allow turkey to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to grilling.
- Place turkey cubes on skewers close enough so they are touching but not crowded.
- Grill turkey kabobs over medium high heat for 15 minutes flipping after 5 minutes.
- Once fully cooked remove kabobs from the grill and allow rest 5 minutes before serving.
