How to make it

  • Carefully peel away the skin from the fish.
  • Grab one end of the bone skeleton and carefully pull off, removing any excess bones on the fish
  • In a food processor chop the celery and the onion finely
  • Add the whitefish meat
  • Pulse to chop fish to the consistency you like
  • Add enough mayo to make creamy
  • stir in fresh grated pepper to taste
  • Pack the salad in the fish.
  • Garnish as desired.
  • Serve with crackers, cocktail bread etc
