Bbq Bacon Mini Burgers

- 1.5 pounds lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 package dry onion soup mix (about 2 tablespoons) shopping list
- 8 slices cheddar cheese shopping list
- 16 soft dinner rolls shopping list
- BBQ Sauce of your choice shopping list
- 16 hamburger dill pickle slices shopping list
- red onion Slices;thin shopping list
- 16 Slices cooked bacon shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Set the oven to 350°F. Put the ground beef and soup mix in a large (1 gallon) plastic food storage bag. Seal the bag. Squeeze the meat mixture with both hands until it is well blended.
- 2. Empty the meat mixture onto a 13x9 stoneware baking sheet and press it evenly to the edges. Cut the meat mixture into 16 squares by cutting 3 lines down and 3 across using the edge of a rubber spatula.
- 3. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until it is cooked through. Separate the burgers into squares. Pizza Cutter works great for this.
- 4. Cut each cheese slice into 4 squares.. To make each burger bite, place 1 hamburger square on the bottom half of 1 dinner roll. Drizzle with BBQ sauce, 2 cheese squares,1 slice bacon a pickle slice, and red onion slices. Cover with top half of the roll. Enjoy!
