Autumn Scones

- About 8 ounces of pumpkin, cubed, boiled and mashed shopping list
- 2 cups self raising flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 ounces butter shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 ounces grated cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cream together the butter and sugar, and mix with the egg.
- 2. Sieve the flour and spices into a bowl.
- 3. Combine all ingredients together.
- 4. Either roll out and use a cutter to make 8 scones, or roll into 8 balls as I had to!
- 5. Bake at 200C for about 15 minutes, until the tops start to brown.
- Serve warm with plenty of butter!
