The Classic Beef Tartare !

- 4 of the best steaks you could get (best quality, best cuts)(filet mignon, pear) shopping list
- 1 tb spoons of Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 2 tb spoons full of small capers shopping list
- 5 french pickles (the small cute looking ones) chopped shopping list
- Some Worcestire or however it's written shopping list
- Some Tabasco shopping list
- salt, pepper shopping list
- 1 french baguette (a real one) shopping list
- Some olive oil shopping list
- rosemary shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cut the beef cuts into tiny dices. This step could be done by the butcher ... Beat the crap out of the yolk
- 2. Mix all the ingredients togheter, salt and pepper. Place the tartare in 4 well sized ramekins and flip over or any cutter
- 3. Cut some slices of baguettes. Cover them will olive oil, sprinkle some rosemary over it and throw them in the oven until they are golden and crispy.
