The Easiest Pickles Ever

- Leftover pickle juice in their original storebought jars shopping list
- fresh sliced cucumbers, green tomatoes etc shopping list
- garlic, dill, hot peppers etc to taste shopping list
How to make it
- slice cucumber, or use small green tomatoes etc and pack/place in leftover pickle juice in jars.
- If desired one may add some extra garlic, hot peppers
- Close lid and let stand in refrigerator for a week or more.
- You will have delicious pickles and the longer they marinate in the jar, the better they get

Yes, I've done this and it works great! Sometimes I need to add more vinegar to the jar and it tastes best after about 2 weeks! I use the little gourmet cukes when they're on sale. Great post Midge! I added my photo!
