Chili Mac

How to make it
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain well and transfer to a large baking pan, add 2 Tablespoons of butter, toss well.
- In a large saucepan, heat oil and brown meat on medium heat. Add onions, and garlic. Add chili powder, salt and cumin stirring well for a few minutes. Add the Siracha, beans, broth. Cook over medium heat for 5 more minutes. Add the tomatoes and sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour meat/sauce mixture over the pasta in baking pan, add 2 cups of Shredded Taco Cheese, toss.
- Cheese will melt from the hot sauce mixture. If desired, you can heat further in a 350 degree oven for a few minutes.
