warm chili on a cold northwest day, nothings better for the soul.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of red beans or 3 cans drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 lb grass fed cruelty free ground meat shopping list
- 1 yellow onion shopping list
- i can fire roasted diced tomato shopping list
- 1 cup pico de gallo salsa shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin shopping list
- 4 tsp chili pwder shopping list
- 4 tsp garlic pwder shopping list
- 1 tsp spanish paprika shopping list
- 3 tsp oregeno shopping list
- salt n pepper shopping list
How to make it
- boil beans until tender
- brown meat and onion
- add pico de gallo and spices
- add beans and add water tiol it hots the top of the pot
- boil til creamy and thick
