How to make it

  • Beat eggs and cream in bowl. Sift in flour until smooth. Add milk gradually and stir in melted butter, salt and sugar.
  • Have round cast iron griddle or crepe pan hot. Oil lightly and pour ⅓ cup batter on and swish around. Turn when lightly browned. Spread each pancake with butter, syrup, jelly, jam, sugar, etc. Roll up and enjoy!
