Lemon Lovers Cookies

these cookies are both tart and sweet if you need a good dessert i recommend these cookies anytime hope you enjoy this recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 C butter shopping list
- 3T sugar shopping list
- 1 1/4 c ap flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup cornstarch shopping list
- 1t grated lemon peel shopping list
- 2T lemon juice shopping list
- frosting shopping list
- 1c powder sugar shopping list
- 1/4 c butter shopping list
- 1 t lemon peel grated shopping list
- 1-2 t lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy
- add flour cornstarch lemon peel and lemon juice till soft dough forms.
- shape dough into 1/2 inch diameter cylinder wrap in wax paper and chill for two hours bake for 8-10 mins till golden brown.
- in a side bowl put all of your frosting ingredients in and mix til;l smooth and frost cookies
