Spinach And Brie Puffs

                    - 1 lg bag frozen spinach (thawed & well drained) shopping list
- 1 Wedge of brie cheese (sliced thinly) shopping list
- 2 eggs, beaten (1 for mixture, 1 for sealing edges) shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 sheet (1/2 of 17 oz package) frozen puff pastry, thawed shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
- Put well drained spinach, beaten egg and nutmeg into bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll pastry to a 12 inch square then cut into 4-6 inch squares.
- Divide spinach mixture diagonally over half of each square, leaving a 1/2 border. top with Brie slices, using as much as you like. Brush edges of pastry with beaten egg, fold pastry over to form triangle and seal and flute.
- Transfer triangles to a dampened cookie sheet.
- Brush tops with beaten egg, make 2 small slits to allow steam to escape, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
- Note- If making appetizers, cut into 3 inch squares instead.
- Brie can be rather hard to slice because it's so soft. Putting it in the freezer for a half hour will make it easy to slice.
