This Spicy soup will be a favorite for sure!

Ingredients
  • 1 c. of chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 c. of chopped onion
  • 1 c. of diced green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves of pressed garlic
  • 1 (10 oz) can of diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans of chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil

Directions
  1. First you want to heat olive oil in a large pan over medium flame.
  2. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until tender.
  3. Then stir in chicken broth, chicken pieces and the diced tomatoes and chilies. Simmer covered for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Serve.
