Quick Gumbo

This is sooooo fast and easy! Very hearty too! Can add chili's to make hotter.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg kielbasa cut into coins shopping list
- 1 can diced tomatoes with popper and onion shopping list
- 1 can chicken broth shopping list
- 1 can of corn drained shopping list
- 2 c uncooked rice shopping list
- 1/2 c water shopping list
How to make it
- Cook sausage in large sauce pan in a little oil and drain.
- Stir in tomatoes, broth and half cup water bring to boil
- Stir in corn and rice
- Cover and remove from heat
- Let stand 5 minutes
- Serve with hot sauce and warm cornbread!
