How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar, add egg and beat well. Dissolve soda in persimmon pulp and add to above. Add remaining ingredients. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 400 F. oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

    Got it! Will have to give this one a spin the next time I thaw out some persimmon pulp. Wish I could share it with you, I have so much and it's taking up too much room in the freezer. :-) Hugs, Anj
