How to make it

  • Dice up the chicken.
  • Heat broth and water in a pot.
  • When you have brought this to a boil,add the mushrooms,bamboo,ginger,garlic,red chilies,vinegar,and soy sauce.
  • Cover up.
  • Let cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Add your chicken...and gently stir.
  • When the chicken is no longer pink,slowly beat in the eggs to the soup.
  • Slowly stir in the starch,mixed with water.
  • Mix until the soup is thicker.
  • Add the green onions.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes longer.
  • Dish up,pour the sesame oil on top.
  • ~ Now... TAKE THE JUMP... into a bowl full...the FALL won't kill ya'...but...this soup well...It's good stuff...GOOD,for the...FLEW ~
