How to make it
- In a medium-sized pot with a lid, bring water, boullion cubes and 1/2 stick of butter to boil using med to high heat
- Add egg noodles
- Cover pot and simmer until noodles are desired texture (6 - 10 minutes).
- During last minute of cooking add remaining 1/2 stick of butter and stir until melted.

What size pot are you using? And do you cover the pot to keep from losing water? Two cups is not very much for the noodles.pointsevenout in Athens loved it
Salt and pepper to taste. Yum.........butter noodles.
How about stirring in some Mozzarella right at the end.
BTW, I used a medium width egg noodle if that makes any difference.
