Creamy Buttered Egg Noodles

- 2 Wyler's chicken bouillon cubes shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter (NOT margarine) shopping list
- 8 ounces egg noodles shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium-sized pot with a lid, bring water, boullion cubes and 1/2 stick of butter to boil using med to high heat
- Add egg noodles
- Cover pot and simmer until noodles are desired texture (6 - 10 minutes).
- During last minute of cooking add remaining 1/2 stick of butter and stir until melted.

What size pot are you using? And do you cover the pot to keep from losing water? Two cups is not very much for the noodles.

Salt and pepper to taste. Yum.........butter noodles.
How about stirring in some Mozzarella right at the end.
BTW, I used a medium width egg noodle if that makes any difference.
